Th\u1eadp Tam Gi\u1edbi T\u0103ng T\u00e0n &#8211; Sanghadisesa (skt)<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>(1) C\u1ea5m c\u1ed1 \u00fd l\u1ea5y tay t\u1ef1 l\u00e0m s\u1ef1 d\u00e2m, ngo\u1ea1i tr\u1eeb trong gi\u1ea5c m\u1ed9ng: Not to intentionally discharge of semen, except during a dream.<\/p>\n<p>(2) C\u1ea5m r\u1edd m\u00ecnh \u0111\u00e0n b\u00e0, nh\u01b0 n\u1eafm tay, r\u1edd b\u00fai t\u00f3c, r\u1edd r\u1eabm tay ch\u00e2n, v\u00e2n v\u00e2n: Not to come into physical contact with a woman, such as holding her hand, or holding a braid of her hair, or rubbing against any one of her limbs.<\/p>\n<p>(3) C\u1ea5m ch\u1ecdc gh\u1eb9o d\u1ee5 d\u1ed7 \u0111\u00e0n b\u00e0: Not to offend a woman with lewd words concerned with unchastity.<\/p>\n<p>(4) C\u1ea5m khoe ph\u00e9p tinh t\u1ea5n v\u1edbi \u0111\u00e0n b\u00e0, n\u00f3i r\u1eb1ng \u2018C\u00e1c b\u00e0 ph\u1ea3i ph\u1ee5 tr\u1ee3 m\u1ed9t ng\u01b0\u1eddi nh\u01b0 t\u00f4i, \u0111\u1ee9c h\u1ea1nh v\u1eb9n to\u00e0n, s\u1ed1ng \u0111\u1eddi ph\u1ea1m h\u1ea1nh\u2019 v\u1edbi \u00fd mu\u1ed1n quan h\u1ec7 t\u1edbi vi\u1ec7c d\u00e2m d\u1ee5c: Not to speak in praise of ministering to sensure pleasure for self in the present of women, saying: \u201cLadies, this is the highest kind of ministration, that a woman should minister to one like me, virtuous, of good conduct, leading the Brahma-life\u201d with the meaning to connect with sexual intercourse.<\/p>\n<p>(5) C\u1ea5m l\u00e0m mai, c\u01b0\u1edbi g\u00e3 hay m\u00f4i gi\u1edbi cho s\u1ef1 h\u1eb9n h\u00f2: Not to act as a go-between for a woman with a man in mind or for a man with a woman in mind, whether as a wife or as a mistress, or acting as an agent for arranging the meeting of two persons for sexual indulgence.<\/p>\n<p>(6) C\u1ea5m t\u1ef1 \u00fd c\u1ea5t ph\u00f2ng s\u00e1i lu\u1eadt (12 s\u00e3y b\u1ec1 d\u00e0i v\u00e0 7 s\u00e3y b\u1ec1 ngang, v\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng tr\u00ecnh v\u1edbi T\u0103ng ch\u00fang ch\u1ed7 c\u1ea5t, b\u1edfi v\u00ec v\u1ecb \u1ea5y c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 c\u1ea5t ph\u00f2ng \u1edf ch\u1ed7 kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 kho\u1ea3ng tr\u1ed1ng bao quanh s\u1ebd d\u1eabn \u0111\u1ebfn s\u1ef1 b\u1ea1i ho\u1ea1i): Not to build a hut in an unlawful manner (not in accordance with measure of twelve spans in length and seven spans in width, and not bring the assembly of monks for marking out a site, for a monk should beg himself for a site which involves destruction and which has not an open space round it).<\/p>\n<p>(7) Kh\u00f4ng tr\u00ecnh ch\u1ed7 c\u1ea5t ph\u00f2ng, m\u1eb7c d\u00f9 t\u1ef1 \u00fd th\u00ed ch\u1ee7 c\u1ea5t cho: Fail to bring for marking out a site, even though there is a benefactor who is willing to build and donate a vihara.<\/p>\n<p>(8) C\u1ea5m c\u00e1o gian m\u1ed9t v\u1ecb T\u1ef3 Kheo kh\u00e1c m\u1ed9t t\u1ed9i g\u00ec m\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 th\u1eadt: Not to accuse falsely (unjustly or wrongly) a monk with an unfounded charge.<\/p>\n<p>(9) C\u1ea5m d\u00f9ng c\u00e1ch n\u1ea7y th\u1ebf kia \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u00e1 s\u1ef1 h\u00f2a hi\u1ec7p c\u1ee7a gi\u00e1o h\u1ed9i: Not to do things to destroy the harmony of the Order.<\/p>\n<p>(10) C\u1ea5m nghi qu\u1ea5y m\u1ed9t v\u1ecb T\u1ef3 Kheo kh\u00e1c m\u1ed9t \u0111i\u1ec1u g\u00ec m\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 th\u1eadt: Not to suspect a monk with a groundless charge.<\/p>\n<p>(11) C\u1ea5m binh v\u1ef1c k\u1ebb ph\u00e1 ho\u1ea1i s\u1ef1 h\u00f2a hi\u1ec7p \u1edf gi\u00e1o h\u1ed9i: Not to side with someone who creates schism to destroy the harmony of the Order.<\/p>\n<p>(12) N\u1ebfu v\u1ecb T\u0103ng c\u01b0\u1ee1ng l\u00fd khi l\u00e0m qu\u1ea5y, ch\u1eb3ng ch\u1ecbu nghe l\u1eddi khuy\u00ean gi\u1ea3i. N\u1ebfu T\u0103ng ch\u00fang h\u1ecfi ba l\u1ea7n m\u00e0 v\u1eabn kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ecbu nghe l\u1eddi, v\u1ecb n\u1ea7y ph\u1ea1m t\u1ed9i T\u0103ng T\u00e0n: If a monk who commits evil conduct or misbehavior, and his evil conduct is seen or heard, that monk should be admonished up to three times by the assmebly of monks to allow him to give up his course. If after being admonished, he gives up that course, it is good. If he does not give up, it is an offence entailing a formal meting of the Order.<\/p>\n<p>(13) C\u1ea5m kh\u00f4ng trang nghi\u00eam, l\u00e0m qu\u1ea5y \u00e1c cho k\u1ebb kh\u00e1c b\u1eaft ch\u01b0\u1edbc: Not to lead a solemnly brahma life, to be a bad example for others to imitate.<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"III_Nhi_Gioi_Bat_Dinh_8211_Aniyata_skt\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>III. Nh\u1ecb Gi\u1edbi B\u1ea5t \u0110\u1ecbnh &#8211; Aniyata (skt)<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Ngh\u0129a c\u1ee7a t\u1eeb \u201cAniyata\u201d l\u00e0 b\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ecbnh. Nh\u1ecb gi\u1edbi b\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ecbnh l\u00e0 hai gi\u1edbi ph\u1ea1m li\u00ean h\u1ec7 t\u1edbi t\u00ecnh d\u1ee5c m\u00e0 s\u1ef1 vi ph\u1ea1m c\u00f2n m\u01a1 h\u1ed3, kh\u00f4ng r\u00f5 r\u00e0ng. The meaning of the term \u201cAniyata\u201d is \u201cIndefinite.\u201d Two offences of indefinite are connected with activities of sex.<\/p>\n<p>(1) C\u1ea5m ng\u1ed3i n\u00f3i chuy\u1ec7n v\u1edbi \u0111\u00e0n b\u00e0 n\u01a1i ch\u1ed7 v\u1eafng v\u1ebb \u0111\u00e1ng nghi ng\u1edd, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0a \u0111\u1ebfn nh\u1eefng ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng v\u1ec1 t\u00ecnh d\u1ee5c. N\u1ebfu v\u1ecb T\u1ef3 Kheo c\u1ee9 th\u1eadt th\u00e0 x\u01b0ng t\u1ed9i, th\u00ec gi\u00e1o h\u1ed9i s\u1ebd y nh\u01b0 l\u1eddi khai m\u00e0 tr\u1ecb. N\u1ebfu l\u1eddi c\u1ee7a T\u1ef3 Kheo kh\u00f4ng gi\u1ed1ng nh\u01b0 l\u1eddi c\u1ee7a \u01afu B\u00e0 Di trong cu\u1ed9c, th\u00ec gi\u00e1o h\u1ed9i s\u1ebd y theo l\u1eddi c\u1ee7a v\u1ecb \u01afu B\u00e0 Di m\u00e0 tr\u1ecb: Not to sit down together with a woman in a lonely place which can lead to activities of sex. If the monk confesses, the Order will base on his confession for punishment. If he fails to confess or his confession does not match with the woman lay follower\u2019s confession, the Order will base on what the woman lay follower\u2019s confession to determine his punishment.<\/p>\n<p>(2) C\u1ea5m ng\u1ed3i n\u00f3i chuy\u1ec7n v\u1edbi \u0111\u00e0n b\u00e0 n\u01a1i k\u00edn \u0111\u00e1o ri\u00eang t\u01b0 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 d\u1eabn \u0111\u1ebfn vi\u1ec7c h\u00e0nh d\u00e2m. H\u00ecnh ph\u1ea1t c\u0169ng gi\u1ed1ng nh\u01b0 \u0111i\u1ec1u (1) v\u1eeba k\u1ec3 tr\u00ean: Not to sit down together with a woman in a private, covered place in such a way which may develop into a situation of sexual intercourse. Punishment is same as in (1).<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"IV_Tam_Thap_Gioi_Xa_Doa_Ty_Kheo_Tang_8211_Nissaggiya-pacittiya_skt\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>IV. Tam Th\u1eadp Gi\u1edbi X\u1ea3 \u0110\u1ecda T\u1ef3 Kheo (T\u0103ng) &#8211; Nissaggiya-pacittiya (skt)<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u0110\u00e2y l\u00e0 ba m\u01b0\u01a1i gi\u1edbi m\u00e0 ng\u01b0\u1eddi ph\u1ea1m t\u1ed9i ph\u1ea3i gi\u1ea3i th\u00edch tr\u01b0\u1edbc gi\u00e1o \u0111o\u00e0n v\u00e0 ph\u1ea3i b\u1ecb ph\u1ea1t c\u1ea5m ph\u00f2ng s\u00e1u b\u1eefa\u2014These are thirty offences which require explanation and punishment for the offenders is six-day room retention.<\/p>\n<p>(1) C\u1ea5m c\u1ea5t gi\u1eef d\u01b0 ch\u0103n \u00e1o qu\u00e1 m\u01b0\u1eddi ng\u00e0y: Not to wear or keep an extra robe for more than ten days.<\/p>\n<p>(2) C\u1ea5m b\u1ecf ch\u0103n \u00e1o \u1edf m\u1ed9t n\u01a1i kh\u00e1c, trong m\u1ed9t \u0111\u00eam: Not to leave robes and sleeping material in another place, even for one night (monks should not be away, separated from the three robes, even for one night).<\/p>\n<p>(3) Khi \u00e1o r\u00e1ch m\u1ea5t, c\u00f3 ng\u01b0\u1eddi c\u00fang d\u01b0\u1eddng v\u1ea3i, d\u00f9 kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u00fang th\u1eddi (trai t\u0103ng t\u1ef1 t\u1ee9) v\u1ecb T\u0103ng v\u1eabn c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 nh\u1eadn. Khi nh\u1eadn l\u00e0 ph\u1ea3i may cho nhanh; tuy nhi\u00ean, n\u1ebfu kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ee7 v\u1ea3i may, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ec3 d\u00e0nh ch\u1edd c\u00f3 th\u00eam, nh\u01b0ng c\u1ea5m \u0111\u1ec3 d\u00e0nh v\u1ea3i qu\u00e1 m\u1ed9t th\u00e1ng: When robes worn out, and the robe-material is accrued to the monk, even not at the right time, it may be accepted by that monk if he so wish. Having accepted it, it should be made up quickly. But if it is not sufficient for him, that robe-material may be laid aside by that monk for a month at most.<\/p>\n<p>(4) C\u1ea5m b\u1ea3o T\u1ef3 Kheo Ni xa l\u1ea1, gi\u1eb7t nhu\u1ed9m hay c\u1ea5t gi\u1eef \u00e1o cho m\u00ecnh: A monk should not get a soiled robe washed or dyed or beaten by a nun who is not in relation.<br \/>\na) Tuy nhi\u00ean, n\u1ebfu kh\u00f4ng ai b\u1ea3o m\u00e0 v\u1ecb T\u1ef3 Kheo Ni \u1ea5y t\u1ef1 gi\u1eb7t, hay v\u1ecb \u1ea5y gi\u1eb7t m\u1ed9t c\u00e1i \u00e1o ch\u01b0a x\u00e0i th\u00ec kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea1m t\u1ed9i: However, if she washes it unasked, or if he makes her wash an unused robe, there is no offence.<br \/>\nb) N\u1ebfu ng\u01b0\u1eddi m\u00e0 v\u1ecb T\u1ef3 Kheo sai gi\u1eb7t \u00e1o l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t ng\u01b0\u1eddi t\u1eadp s\u1ef1 hay Sa Di Ni, th\u00ec kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea1m t\u1ed9i: If it is washed by a female probationer or by a female novice, there is no offence.<\/p>\n<p>(5) C\u1ea5m nh\u1eadn \u00e1o c\u1ee7a m\u1ed9t T\u1ef3 Kheo l\u1ea1, tr\u1eeb s\u1ef1 \u0111\u1ed5i \u00e1o m\u1edbi: Not to accept a robe from the hand of a nun who is not in relation, except in exchange.<\/p>\n<p>(6) C\u1ea5m h\u1ecfi xin \u00e1o v\u1edbi nam n\u1eef th\u00ed ch\u1ee7, tr\u1eeb khi th\u1eaft ng\u1eb7t (khi \u00e1o b\u1ecb m\u1ea5t hay b\u1ecb h\u01b0 h\u1ea1i): A monk should not ask a man or woman householder for a robe, except at the right time (robe is stolen or destroyed).<\/p>\n<p>(7) C\u1ea5m nh\u1eadn nhi\u1ec1u ch\u0103n \u00e1o qu\u00e1 b\u1ed9, tr\u1eeb khi th\u1eafc ng\u1eb7c: Not to accept more than an inner and upper robes (if a monk is offered robe-material for many robes, then at most he should accept enough for an inner and an upper robe. If he accepts more than that there is an offence of expiation involving forfeiture).<\/p>\n<p>(8) C\u1ea5m t\u1ef1 \u00fd mu\u1ed1n ki\u1ec3u c\u1eaft may, khi c\u00f3 m\u1ed9t th\u00ed ch\u1ee7 \u0111\u1ecbnh s\u1eafm cho \u00e1o: When there is a householder plans to offer robe-material, or robe-fund, a monk should not design the robe as he wishes.<\/p>\n<p>(9) C\u1ea5m t\u1ef1 \u00fd mu\u1ed1n ki\u1ec3u c\u1eaft may, khi c\u00f3 nhi\u1ec1u th\u00ed ch\u1ee7 \u0111\u1ecbnh s\u1eafm cho: When there are two or more householders plan to offer robe-material or robe-fund, a monk should not design the robe as he wishes.<\/p>\n<p>(10) C\u1ea5m nh\u1eadn ti\u1ec1n \u0111\u1ec3 may \u00e1o, v\u00e0 h\u1ed1i th\u00fac Gi\u00e1o H\u1ed9i may li\u1ec1n: Not to obtain robe-fund and urge the Order to make the robe immediately.<\/p>\n<p>(11) C\u1ea5m d\u00f9ng ch\u0103n \u00e1o b\u1eb1ng t\u01a1, l\u1ee5a, h\u00e0ng, m\u1eb7c d\u1ea7u c\u00f3 pha l\u1ed9n v\u1ea3i: A monk should not cause a rug to be made mixed with silk.<\/p>\n<p>(12) C\u1ea5m d\u00f9ng ng\u1ecda c\u1ee5 m\u00e0u \u0111en r\u1eb7t, kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 pha l\u1ed9n m\u00e0u kh\u00e1c: A monk should not cause a rug to be made of pure black sheep\u2019s wool.<\/p>\n<p>(13) C\u1ea5m d\u00f9ng ng\u1ecda c\u1ee5 m\u00e0u tr\u1eafng r\u1eb7t, kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 pha l\u1ed9n m\u00e0u kh\u00e1c: A monk should not cause a new rug to made of pure white (if a monk should cause a new rug to be made not taking two portions of pure black sheep\u2019s wool, the third of white, the fourth of reddish brown colors, there is an offence of expiation involving forfeiture).<\/p>\n<p>(14) C\u1ea5m ch\u01b0a \u0111\u00fang s\u00e1u n\u0103m, m\u00e0 s\u1eafm th\u00eam ng\u1ecda c\u1ee5 kh\u00e1c: A monk should not get rid of a rug if it\u2019s less than six years old (a new rug which a monk has made should last for six years. If, within six years, whether he has got rid of or has not got rid of that former rug, but he has a new rug made, except on the agreement of the Order, there is an offence of expiation involving forfeiture).<\/p>\n<p>(15) C\u1ea5m l\u1ea5y ng\u1ecda c\u1ee5 m\u1edbi, che cho c\u00e1i c\u0169 l\u00e0m mau h\u01b0: Not to take the new rug to wrap around the old rug in order to disfigure it.<\/p>\n<p>(16) C\u1ea5m khi vi\u1ec5n h\u00e0nh c\u00f3 ai c\u00fang v\u1ea3i, m\u00e0 \u00f4m \u0111i xa qu\u00e1 ba ng\u00e0n th\u01b0\u1edbc: Sheep\u2019s wool may accrue to a monk as he is going along a road. It may be accepted by a monk, if he likes; but having accepted it, it should be conveyed in his own hands for three yojanas at the utmost. If he carries further than that, there is an offence of expiation involving forfeiture.<\/p>\n<p>(17) C\u1ea5m bi\u1ec3u T\u1ef3 Kheo Ni xa l\u1ea1, gi\u1eb7t, nhu\u1ed9m, hay c\u1ea5t g\u0129 v\u1ea3i cho m\u00ecnh: A monk should not have sheep\u2019s wool washed or dyed or combed by a nun who is not in relation.<\/p>\n<p>(18) C\u1ea5m nh\u1eadn ti\u1ec1n b\u1ea1c v\u00e0ng, g\u1edfi ho\u1eb7c b\u1ea3o k\u1ebb kh\u00e1c nh\u1eadn th\u1ebf: A monk should not take gold and silver, nor should he ask another person to take for him.<\/p>\n<p>(19) C\u1ea5m bu\u00f4n b\u00e1n \u0111\u1ed3 qu\u00fd b\u00e1u: A monk should not engage in various transactions in which gold and silver is used.<\/p>\n<p>(20) C\u1ea5m bu\u00f4n b\u00e1n b\u1ea5t lu\u1eadn v\u1eadt g\u00ec: A monk should not engage in any kinds of bartering.<\/p>\n<p>(21) C\u1ea5m gi\u1eef th\u00eam m\u1ed9t c\u00e1i b\u00e1t, c\u1ea5t qu\u00e1 m\u01b0\u1eddi ng\u00e0y: A monk should not keep an extra bowl for more than ten days.<\/p>\n<p>(22) C\u1ea5m ki\u1ebfm b\u00e1t m\u1edbi t\u1ed1t, m\u1eb7c d\u1ea7u \u0111\u00fang n\u0103m m\u00e0 c\u00e1i c\u0169 v\u1eabn c\u00f2n x\u00e0i \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c: A monk should not get another new bowl in exchange for the old bowl, even though the old bowl is very old, but is still usable (If a monk sould get another new bowl in exchange for a bowl mended in less than five places, there is an offence of expiation involving forfeiture. That bowl is to be forfeited by that monk to the company of monks, and whatever the last bowl belonging to that company of monks, that should be given to this monk with the words: \u201cMonk, this is a bowl for you; it should be kept until it breaks.\u201d That is the proper course in this case).<\/p>\n<p>(23) C\u1ea5m \u0111\u1ec3 d\u00e0nh thu\u1ed1c, \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng, d\u1ea7u, qu\u00e1 b\u1ea3y ng\u00e0y, tr\u1eeb khi \u0111au b\u1ec7nh m\u00e0 c\u00f3 ng\u01b0\u1eddi c\u00fang d\u01b0\u1eddng: A monk should not store medicine, sugar, fresh butter, oil, honey, etc. for over seven days, except when he is ill.<\/p>\n<p>(24) C\u1ea5m xin v\u1ea3i cho\u00e0ng t\u1eafm m\u00f9a m\u01b0a tr\u01b0\u1edbc m\u1ed9t th\u00e1ng, d\u00f9ng tr\u01b0\u1edbc 15 ng\u00e0y: A monk should not look for robe-material as a cloth for the rain a month before the monsoon, and put it on fifteen days before the monsoon starts.<\/p>\n<p>(25) C\u1ea5m gi\u1eadn h\u1eddn \u0111\u00f2i l\u1ea1i \u00e1o khi \u0111\u00e3 cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi r\u1ed3i: A monk should not give a robe to another monk and then take it back because he is angry or displeased of that monk.<\/p>\n<p>(26) C\u1ea5m \u0111em ch\u1ec9 cho th\u1ee3 d\u1ec7t xa l\u1ea1 d\u1ec7t \u00e1o cho m\u00ecnh khi c\u00f3 ng\u01b0\u1eddi c\u00fang: A monk should not ask a man or a woman householder who is not a relation to weave his robe (saying this robe-matrial is being especially woven for me, please make it long and wide, and make it evenly woven, well woven and well scraped, etc).<\/p>\n<p>(27) C\u1ea5m ra ki\u1ec3u ni cho th\u1ee3 d\u1ec7t, khi th\u00ed ch\u1ee7 d\u1ec7t \u00e1o cho m\u00ecnh: A monk should not ask for yarn, or should not have robe-material woven by weavers; nor should he put forward a consideration with regard to measurements, i.e., make it long and wide and rough, and make it evenly woven and well woven and well scraped and well combed.<\/p>\n<p>(28) C\u1ea5m \u0111\u00e3 l\u00e3nh \u00e1o tr\u01b0\u1edbc k\u1ef3, m\u00e0 khi \u0111\u1ebfn l\u1ec7 l\u1ea1i c\u00f2n h\u1ecfi n\u1eefa: A monk should not obtain the robe before the robe-season, lay it aside, and ask again during the robe-season.<\/p>\n<p>(29) S\u01b0 \u1ea9n c\u01b0 khi v\u1ec1 Gi\u00e1o H\u1ed9i, c\u1ea5m g\u1edfi \u00e1o nh\u00e0 quen qu\u00e1 6 ng\u00e0y: Having spent the rains up to the full moon of the rains, in case a monk who is staying in such lodgings as those jungle lodgings which are held to be dangerous and frightening, so desires, he may lay aside one of his three robes inside the a house; and should there be any reason for that monk to be away, separated from that robe, that monk can be away and separated from that robe for at most six nights. Should he be away, separated from that robe for longer than that, except on the agreement of the Order, there is an offence of expiation involving forfeiture.<\/p>\n<p>(30) C\u1ea5m l\u00e9n l\u1ea5y m\u1ed9t m\u00f3n \u0111\u1ed3 g\u00ec c\u1ee7a Gi\u00e1o H\u1ed9i: A monk should not take any things that belong to the Order.<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"V_Cuu_Thap_Nhi_Gioi_Doa_8211_Pacittiya_skt\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>V. If a monk doing any of them, makes a confession of it before the Sangha with clear heart, he will become free from the offence. He should not cause any boards or removable feet of his couch to fall down to hurt other people.<\/p>\n<p>19) Khi l\u1ee3p t\u1ecbnh x\u00e1, c\u1ea5m d\u00f9ng \u0111\u1ed3 qu\u00e1 nhi\u1ec1u ch\u1ea5t n\u1eb7ng khi\u1ebfn b\u1ecb s\u1eadp: A monk should not cover his dwelling place with heavy material that collapse to harm other people.<\/p>\n<p>20) C\u1ea5m l\u1ea5y n\u01b0\u1edbc d\u00f9ng khi bi\u1ebft trong n\u01b0\u1edbc \u1ea5y c\u00f3 c\u00f4n tr\u00f9ng: A monk should not sprinkle grass or clay, or should not have them sprinkled if he knows that the water contains life.<\/p>\n<p>21) Khi kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 l\u1ec7nh c\u1ee7a Gi\u00e1o H\u1ed9i sai \u0111i, c\u1ea5m d\u1ea1y \u0111\u1ea1o, \u0111\u1ecdc gi\u1edbi b\u1ed5n v\u1edbi T\u1ef3 Kheo Ni: A monk should not exhort nuns if there is no order from the Sangha.<\/p>\n<p>22) M\u1eb7c d\u1ea7u c\u00f3 l\u1ec7nh Gi\u00e1o H\u1ed9i, c\u1ea5m thuy\u1ebft ph\u00e1p v\u1edbi ch\u00fang T\u1ef3 Kheo Ni t\u1eeb bu\u1ed5i chi\u1ec1u t\u1ed1i \u0111\u1ebfn s\u00e1ng: Even though agreed upon by the Order, a monk should not exhort nuns after sunset.<\/p>\n<p>23) Khi kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 l\u1ec7nh c\u1ee7a Gi\u00e1o H\u1ed9i, c\u1ea5m \u0111i \u0111\u1ebfn khu c\u1ee7a T\u1ef3 Kheo Ni \u0111\u1ec3 h\u1ecfi han hay c\u1ed7 v\u00f5: When there no order from the Sangha, a monk should not approach nun\u2019s quarters, and exhort them.<\/p>\n<p>24) C\u1ea5m n\u00f3i gi\u1ec5u r\u1eb1ng c\u00e1c v\u1ecb s\u01b0 \u0111i thuy\u1ebft ph\u00e1p cho T\u1ef3 Kheo Ni c\u1ed1t ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ec3 \u0103n u\u1ed1ng no say: A monk should not joke that the elder monks are exhorting nuns for the sake of gain.<\/p>\n<p>25) C\u1ea5m t\u1eb7ng \u00e1o cho T\u1ef3 Kheo Ni xa l\u1ea1, tr\u1eeb khi mua d\u00f9m ho\u1eb7c \u0111\u1ed5i \u00e1o m\u1edbi: A monk should not give robe-material to a nun who is not a relation, except in exchange.<\/p>\n<p>26) C\u1ea5m may \u00e1o hay nh\u1edd ai may \u00e1o cho T\u1ef3 Kheo Ni xa l\u1ea1: A monk should not sew or cause a robe to be sewn for a nun who is not a relation.<\/p>\n<p>27) C\u1ea5m \u0111i chung v\u1edbi T\u1ef3 Kheo Ni d\u1ea7u t\u1eeb l\u00e0ng n\u1ea7y t\u1edbi l\u00e0ng kia, tr\u1eeb khi ng\u1eb7t ngh\u00e8o (tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p ng\u1eb7t ngh\u00e8o \u1edf \u0111\u00e2y ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c gi\u00e1o h\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ed3ng \u00fd l\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng x\u00e1 nguy hi\u1ec3m v\u00e0 gh\u00ea s\u1ee3 \u0111\u1ebfn n\u1ed7i ng\u01b0\u1eddi \u0111i \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng ph\u1ea3i mang v\u0169 kh\u00ed): A monk should not have arranged together with a nun to go along the same road, even among villages, except at the right time (in this case, the right time must be agreed upon by the Order that the road is dangerous and frightening that one must go with a weapon)<\/p>\n<p>28) C\u1ea5m h\u1eb9n nhau \u0111i chung m\u1ed9t thuy\u1ec1n, tr\u1eeb khi qua \u0111\u00f2: A monk should not have arranged together with a nun to embark in a boat and to go either upstream or downstream, except for crossing over to the other bank on a ferry.<\/p>\n<p>29) C\u1ea5m \u0103n c\u01a1m c\u1ee7a th\u00ed ch\u1ee7 \u0111\u00e3i, khi nh\u1edd c\u00f3 T\u1ef3 Kheo Ni n\u00f3i v\u00e0o th\u00ed ch\u1ee7 m\u1edbi ch\u1ecbu \u0111\u00e3i: A monk should not eat alms-food knowing that it was procured through the intervention of a nun.<\/p>\n<p>30) C\u1ea5m ng\u1ed3i chung v\u1edbi T\u1ef3 Kheo Ni, \u1edf m\u1ed9t ch\u1ed7 che khu\u1ea5t: A monk should not sit down in a private place together with a nun.<\/p>\n<p>31) C\u1ea5m \u0103n \u0111\u1ebfn hai bu\u1ed5i c\u01a1m m\u1ed9t ng\u00e0y, hai bu\u1ed5i hai ng\u00e0y trong m\u1ed9t nh\u00e0: A monk should not eat more than one meal at a public house, nor should he eat two meals in two days at the same house.<\/p>\n<p>32) C\u1ea5m \u0103n nhi\u1ec1u bu\u1ed5i c\u01a1m, \u1edf nhi\u1ec1u ch\u1ed7 trong m\u1ed9t ng\u00e0y, tr\u1eeb khi \u0111au y\u1ebfu: A monk should not eat more than one meal and residing at various locations in one day, except when he is ill.<\/p>\n<p>33) C\u1ea5m \u0103n no r\u1ed3i m\u00e0 \u0103n l\u1ea1i n\u1eefa, nh\u01b0ng khi c\u00f2n \u0111\u00f3i c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 h\u1ecfi th\u00eam: A monk should not eat solid food or soft food that is not left over when he feels full (satisfied); however, when he is still hungry, he can ask for more food.<\/p>\n<p>34) C\u1ea5m l\u00e3nh \u0111\u1ed3 \u0103n nhi\u1ec1u qu\u00e1 m\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng chia s\u1edbt cho v\u1ecb kh\u00e1c (Khi v\u1ecb s\u01b0 \u0111i hay \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c m\u1eddi th\u1ec9nh \u0111\u1ebfn nh\u00e0 th\u00ed ch\u1ee7 v\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u00fang d\u01b0\u1eddng hai hay ba b\u00e1t b\u1ed9t nh\u1ed3i m\u1eadt \u0111\u1ec3 mang v\u1ec1, v\u1ecb T\u0103ng \u1ea5y c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 nh\u1eadn. N\u1ebfu mu\u1ed1n nhi\u1ec1u h\u01a1n th\u1ebf l\u00e0 ph\u1ea1m t\u1ed9i Ba D\u1eadt \u0110\u1ec1. N\u1ebfu nh\u1eadn v\u1ec1 t\u1ef1 vi\u1ec7n m\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng chia l\u1ea1i cho ch\u01b0 T\u0103ng trong t\u1ef1 vi\u1ec7n c\u0169ng b\u1ecb ph\u1ea1m t\u1ed9i Ba D\u1eadt \u0110\u1ec1): When receiving a lot of alms-food, a monk must share them with other monks in the Order. If not, there is an offence of Pacittiya (If a monk, going up to a family, and was invited to take cakes or barley-gruel, two or three bowlfuls may be accepted by the monk. Should he accept more than that, there is an offence of Pacittiya. Should he accept two or three bowfuls, take these cakes back from there and would not share with other monks in the monastery, there is an offence of Pacittiya).<\/p>\n<p>35) C\u1ea5m \u0103n no r\u1ed3i m\u00e0 \u0103n l\u1ea1i n\u1eefa, nh\u01b0ng khi c\u00f2n \u0111\u00f3i c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 h\u1ecfi th\u00eam: A monk should not eat solid food or soft food that is not left over when he feels full (satisfied); however, when he is still hungry, he can ask for more food.<\/p>\n<p>36) C\u1ea5m \u00e9p v\u1ecb s\u01b0 kh\u00e1c \u0103n no r\u1ed3i m\u00e0 ph\u1ea3i \u0103n l\u1ea1i n\u1eefa: A monk should not ask another monk who has eaten, who is satisfied, to take solid or soft food that is not left over.<\/p>\n<p>37) C\u1ea5m \u0103n s\u00e1i gi\u1edd t\u1eeb qu\u00e1 ng\u1ecd t\u1edbi ng\u1ecd h\u00f4m sau: A monk should not eat or partake solid or soft food at the wrong time (wrong time means afternoon has passed until sunrise).<\/p>\n<p>38) C\u1ea5m \u0111\u1ec3 d\u00e0nh \u0111\u1ed3 \u0103n c\u00e1ch \u0111\u00eam \u0111\u1eb7ng h\u00f4m sau kh\u1ecfi \u0111i kh\u1ea5t th\u1ef1c: A monk should not eat or partake of solid food or soft food that was stored so that he doesn\u2019t have to go begging for alms-food the next day<\/p>\n<p>39) C\u1ea5m h\u1ecfi \u0111\u1ed3 \u0103n m\u1ef9 v\u1ecb, tr\u1eeb c\u01a1n \u0111au ph\u1ea3i t\u00f9y m\u00f3n c\u1ea7n d\u00f9ng: A monk who is not ill should not ask for sumptuous foods (sumptuous foods include ghee, fresh butter, oil, honey, fish, meat, milk, curds, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>40) C\u1ea5m d\u00f9ng v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ed3 \u0103n v\u00e0o mi\u1ec7ng, m\u00f3n ch\u1eb3ng ph\u1ea3i c\u1ee7a c\u00fang d\u01b0\u1eddng: A monk should not convey to his mouth nutriment not given.<\/p>\n<p>41) C\u1ea5m trao tay th\u00ed \u0111\u1ed3 \u0103n cho l\u00f5a th\u1ec3 hay nam n\u1eef ngo\u1ea1i \u0111\u1ea1o: A monk should not give with his own hand solid food or soft food to a naked ascetic, or to a wanderer or to a female wanderer.<\/p>\n<p>42) C\u1ea5m o\u00e1n gh\u00e9t, ki\u1ebfm c\u1edb l\u00e0m cho m\u1ed9t v\u1ecb s\u01b0 kh\u00e1c b\u01a1 v\u01a1 nh\u1ecbn \u0111\u00f3i: A monk should not find fault to dismiss another monk from going into a village for alms-food to cause that monk to starve.<\/p>\n<p>43) C\u1ea5m \u0111i v\u00e0o nh\u00e0 c\u00f3 \u0111\u1ed3 \u0103n m\u00e0 ng\u1ed3i xu\u1ed1ng: A monk should not intrude and sit down in a house with food.<\/p>\n<p>44) C\u1ea5m l\u00e3nh \u0111\u1ed3 \u0103n r\u1ed3i, m\u00e0 c\u00f2n ng\u1ed3i l\u1ea1i ch\u1ed7 k\u00edn, trong nh\u00e0 c\u00f3 \u0111\u00e0n b\u00e0 \u0111\u1eb9p: After receiving alms-food, a monk should not sit down in a private place on a secluded seat together with a woman.<\/p>\n<p>45) C\u1ea5m ng\u1ed3i g\u1ea7n \u0111\u00e0n b\u00e0 ch\u1ed7 ch\u00e1n ch\u01b0\u1eddng (ch\u1ed7 ri\u00eang t\u01b0 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0a \u0111\u1ebfn vi\u1ec7c h\u00e0nh d\u00e2m): A monk should not sit down together with a woman in a private place (that can lead to the development of sexual intercourse).<\/p>\n<p>46) C\u1ea5m n\u1ebfu kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c m\u1eddi m\u00e0 t\u1ef1 \u00fd \u0111\u1ebfn nh\u00e0 gia ch\u1ee7 tr\u01b0\u1edbc gi\u1edd \u0103n, tr\u1eeb phi \u0111\u00f3 l\u00e0 l\u00fac ph\u00e1t \u00e1o (sau m\u00f9a an c\u01b0 ki\u1ebft h\u1ea1): Whatever monk, being invited and being provided with a meal, not having asked for permission if a monk be there, should call upon families before a meal or after a meal, except at a right time, there is an offence of expiation. In this case, a right time is the time of giving robes, the time of making robes:<\/p>\n<p>47) Ngo\u1ea1i tr\u1eeb l\u00fac b\u1ec7nh, c\u1ea5m nh\u1eadn tr\u01b0\u1edbc l\u1eddi m\u1eddi \u0111\u1ebfn nh\u00e0 gia ch\u1ee7 tr\u01b0\u1edbc k\u1ef3 h\u1ea1n \u0111\u1ebfn b\u1ed1n th\u00e1ng: When a monk is not ill, an invitation to accept a requisite for four months may be accepted, unless there be a renewed invitation, unless there be a permanent invitation. N\u1ebfu ng\u01b0\u1eddi \u1ea5y v\u1eabn kh\u01b0 kh\u01b0 kh\u00f4ng s\u1eeda, th\u00ec ng\u01b0\u1eddi \u1ea5y ph\u1ea1m lu\u1eadt Ba D\u1eadt \u0110\u1ec1: Whatever monk should speak thus: \u201cIn so far as I understand dhamma taught by the Blessed One, it is that in following those things called stumbling-blocks by the Blessed One, there is no stumbling-block at all;\u201d that monk should be spoken to by the monks thus: \u201cDo not, venerable one, speak thus, do not misrepresent the Blessed One, misrepresentation of the Blesed One is not all seemly, and the Blessed One certainly would not speak thus; in many a figure, your reverence, are things that are stumbling-blocks called stumbling-blocks by the Blessed One, and in following these there is a veritable stumbling-block.\u201d And if that monk, when he has been spoken to thus by the monks, should persist as before, that monk should be admonished by the monks up to the third time for giving up that course. If being admonished up to the third time, he should give it up, that is good. When a piece of cloth to sit upon is being made for a monk, it must be made to a proper measure. This is the proper measure: in length two spans, in breadth one and a half spans. V\u1ecb T\u0103ng ph\u1ea3i qu\u1edf tr\u00e1ch ngay v\u1ecb T\u1ef3 Kheo Ni \u1ea5y \u201cNi s\u01b0 n\u00ean \u0111\u1ee9ng qua m\u1ed9t b\u00ean khi ch\u01b0 T\u0103ng \u0111ang th\u1ecd d\u1ee5ng.\u201d N\u1ebfu kh\u00f4ng l\u00e0 ph\u1ea1m ph\u1ea3i t\u1ed9i Ba La \u0110\u1ec1 X\u00e1 Ni): When a householder invites a monk to come to the family. If a nun comes to be standing as though giving directions, saying: \u201cHere give curry, give cooked rice here,\u201d that nun should be rebuked by the monk, saying: \u201cStand aside, sister, while the monks eat.\u201d If not, the monk violates the Patidesaniya.<\/p>\n<p>3) C\u1ea5m xin m\u00e3i m\u1ed9t nh\u00e0, l\u00e0m cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi ta ngh\u00e8o t\u00fang: A monk should not keep begging for foods at the same house to cause them to be poor because of their continuous offerings.<\/p>\n<p>4) C\u1ea5m s\u01b0 \u1ea9n c\u01b0 \u1edf ch\u1ed7 nguy hi\u1ec3m, \u0111\u1ec3 c\u00f3 s\u1ef1 nguy h\u1ea1i cho th\u00ed ch\u1ee7 khi \u0111em c\u01a1m t\u1edbi cho m\u00ecnh: A monk should not reside in those jungle lodgings that are dangerous and frightening for donators who travel to offer foods and drinks.<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"VII_Gioi_Chung_Hoc_Tang_8211_Sikkka-karaniya_sktSekhiya_p\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>VII. Whoever out of disrespect accepts almsfood inattentively, as though desirous of throwing it away, there is an offence of wrong-doing.<\/p>\n<p>28) C\u1ea5m nh\u1eadn th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m c\u00fang d\u01b0\u1eddng m\u00e0 ng\u00f3 qua ng\u00f3 l\u1ea1i: One should accept almsfood thinking of the bowl. Whoever out of disrespect accepts almsfood, looking about here and there, there is an offence of wrong-doing.<\/p>\n<p>29) C\u1ea5m nh\u1eadn qu\u00e1 nhi\u1ec1u c\u00e0 ri: Almsfood with equal curry should be accepted. Whoever out of disrespect accepts too much curry, there is an offence of wrong-doing.<\/p>\n<p>30) Ch\u1eb3ng n\u00ean x\u1edbi c\u01a1m l\u00ean che khu\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ed3 \u0103n \u0111\u1eb7ng l\u00e3nh th\u00eam n\u1eefa: A monk should not hide (cover up) sauce and curries with rice out of desire to get more. One should accept almsfood at an even level. Whoever out of disrespect accepts heaped-up almsfood, there is an offence of wrong-doing.<\/p>\n<p>31) L\u00e3nh c\u01a1m v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed3 \u0103n \u0111\u1ee7 r\u1ed3i, ph\u1ee7 c\u00e1i b\u00e1t l\u1ea1i, v\u1eeba \u0103n v\u1eeba qu\u00e1n t\u01b0\u1edfng. Nh\u1eefng ai b\u1ea5t k\u00ednh, \u0103n \u0111\u1ed3 kh\u1ea5t th\u1ef1c m\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng qu\u00e1n t\u01b0\u1edfng l\u00e0 ph\u1ea1m t\u1ed9i: After accepting enough alms-food, a monk should cover the bowl; then he should sit straight up, eat and contemplate at the same time. Whoever out of disrespect eats almsfood looking about here and there, there is an offence of wrong-doing.<\/p>\n<p>33) C\u1ea5m l\u1ef1a th\u1ee9c \u0103n khi th\u1ecd d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ed3 c\u00fang d\u01b0\u1eddng: One should eat almsfoos on continuous alms-tour. Whoever out of disrespect eats almsfood, having chosen here and there, there is an offence of wrong-doing.<\/p>\n<p>34) C\u1ea5m \u0103n qu\u00e1 nhi\u1ec1u c\u00e0 ri khi th\u1ecd d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ed3 c\u00fang d\u01b0\u1eddng: Almsfood with equal curry should be eaten. Whoever out of disrespect eats too much curry, there is an offence of wrong-doing.<\/p>\n<p>35) M\u00f3n n\u00e0o x\u00fac tr\u01b0\u1edbc th\u00ec \u0103n tr\u01b0\u1edbc: A monk should eat the alms-food working down from the top without making exceptions (choosing or selecting foods). One should eat almsfood not having chosen from the top. Whoever out of disrespect eats almsfood having chosen from the top, there is an offence of wrong-doing.<\/p>\n<p>36) C\u1ea5m che l\u1ea5p c\u00e0 ri \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u00fang d\u01b0\u1eddng th\u00eam: One should not cover up the curry or the condiment with conjey, desiring something more. Whoever out of disrespect covers up the curry or the condiment with conjey, desiring something more, there is an offence of wrong-doing.<\/p>\n<p>37) Ch\u1eb3ng n\u00ean h\u1ecfi canh ngon, ho\u1eb7c m\u00f3n l\u1ea1, tr\u1eeb khi \u0111au y\u1ebfu ph\u1ea3i t\u00f9y m\u00f3n c\u1ea7n d\u00f9ng: A monk should not ask for sauce and\/or rice for his own appetizing unless he is sick.<\/p>\n<p>38) Ch\u1eb3ng n\u00ean th\u1ea5y v\u1ecb kh\u00e1c l\u00e3nh \u0111\u1ed3 \u0103n m\u00e0 sanh l\u00f2ng th\u00e8m mu\u1ed1n. Ch\u1eb3ng n\u00ean nh\u00ecn sang b\u00e1t c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi kh\u00e1c c\u00f3 \u00fd th\u00e8m thu\u1ed3ng, n\u1ebfu kh\u00f4ng l\u00e0 ph\u1ea1m t\u1ed9i: A monk should not look enviously at another\u2019s bowl. One should not look at others\u2019 bowls captious-mindedly. Whoever out of disrespect looks at others\u2019 bowls captious-mindedly, there is an offence of wrong-doing.<\/p>\n<p>39) Ch\u1eb3ng n\u00ean \u0103n mi\u1ebfng l\u1edbn: When eating alms-food, a monk should not make up too large a mouthful. Whoever out of disrespect makes up too large a mouthful, there is an offence of wrong-doing.<\/p>\n<p>40) C\u1ea5m \u0111\u1ec3 nguy\u00ean mi\u1ebfng \u0111\u1ed3 \u0103n d\u00e0i m\u00e0 cho v\u00e0o mi\u1ec7ng: One should make up a piece of food into a round. Whoever out of disrespect makes up a long piece of food, there is an offence of wrong-doing.<\/p>\n<p>41) Ch\u1eb3ng n\u00ean h\u00e1 mi\u1ec7ng l\u1edbn, m\u00e0 \u0111\u00fat \u0111\u1ed3 \u0103n (ch\u1eb3ng n\u00ean h\u00e1 mi\u1ec7ng tr\u01b0\u1edbc khi mi\u1ebfng \u0111\u1ed3 \u0103n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u01b0a \u0111\u1ebfn mi\u1ec7ng): A monk should not open the mouth till the mouthful is brought to it. Whoever out of disrespect opens the mouth when the mouthful is not brought close, there is an offence of wrong-doing.<\/p>\n<p>42) Ch\u1eb3ng n\u00ean cho nguy\u00ean b\u00e0n v\u1edbi th\u1ee9c \u0103n tay v\u00e0o mi\u1ec7ng khi \u0111ang \u0103n: One should not put the whole hand into the mouth while eating. Whoever out of disrespect puts the whole hand into the mouth while eating, there is an offence of wrong-doing.<\/p>\n<p>43) Ch\u1eb3ng n\u00ean n\u00f3i chuy\u1ec7n, khi ng\u1eadm m\u1ed9t mi\u1ec7ng \u0111\u1ed3 \u0103n: A monk should not talk with the mouth full (talk with a mouthful in the mouth). Whoever out of disrespect talks with a mouthful in the mouth, there is an offence of wrong-doing.<\/p>\n<p>44) Ch\u1eb3ng n\u00ean l\u1ea5y c\u01a1m v\u00f2 vi\u00ean, m\u00e0 th\u1ea3y v\u00e0o mi\u1ec7ng: When eating alms-food, a monk should not make up a round mouthful (eat tossing up balls of food). Whoever out of disrespect eats tossing up bals of food, there is an offence of wrong-doing.<\/p>\n<p>45) Ch\u1eb3ng n\u00ean \u0103n tr\u00e1m v\u00e0m \u0111\u1ebfn n\u1ed7i r\u1edbt ra: A monk should not eat scattering rice or lumps of boiled rice about. Whoever out of disrespect eats breaking up the mouthfuls, there is an offence of wrong-doing.<\/p>\n<p>46) Ch\u1eb3ng n\u00ean \u0111\u01b0a \u0111\u1ed3 \u0103n m\u00e1 b\u00ean n\u00e0y, qua m\u00e1 b\u00ean kia nh\u01b0 kh\u1ec9: A monk should not eat stuffing out the cheeks like a monkey (stuffed the cheek on one side or on both). Whoever out of disrespect eats, having stuffed cheek on one side or on both, there is an offence of wrong-doing.<\/p>\n<p>47) Ch\u1eb3ng n\u00ean qu\u01a1 tay trong khi \u0103n: A monk should not eat shaking the hand about. Whoever out of disrespect eats shaking the hands about, there is an offence of wrong-doing.<\/p>\n<p>48) C\u1ea5m kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0103n nh\u1eefng m\u1ea3ng c\u01a1m r\u1eddi r\u1ea1c: One should not eat scattering lumps of boiled rice.
