Th\u00f4ng tin t\u1eeb cu\u1ed1n \u0110\u1ea1i Ph\u1eadt S\u1eed 6B<\/h2>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\n<h3>6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; K\u0152TIY\u0152NI<\/h3>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:list -->\n<ul><li><strong>Her Past Aspiration<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The future K\u01cetiy\u01ceni was born into a rich man\u2019s family in the city of Ha\u00d1s\u01cevat\u012b, during the time of Buddha Padumuttara. She saw a certain female lay disciple being named as the foremost in unshakable conviction in the Teaching. She emulated that female lay disciple. After making extraordinary offerings, she aspired to that recognition in front of the Buddha, who predicted that her aspiration would be fulfilled in her future existence.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\n<h3>(b)&nbsp;&nbsp; Her Last Existence as K\u01cetiy\u01ceni The Householder<\/h3>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The future K\u01cetiy\u01ceni, for a hundred thousand world-cycle was reborn either in the deva realm or human realm, before she was reborn into the family of a householder in the town of Kuraraghara, during the time of Buddha Gotama. She was name K\u01cetiy\u01ceni by her parents. When she came of age, she became a close friend of K\u01cel\u012b the householder\u2019s wife who was the mother of the Venerable So\u00d3a Kutika\u00d3\u00d3a (refer to the Chapter 43: So\u00d3a Kutika\u00d3\u00d3a Mah\u01cethera).<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\n<h3>The Unshakable Conviction of K\u01cetiy\u01ceni<\/h3>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>On one occasion, the Venerable So\u00d3a Kutika\u00d3\u00d3a, on his return from the Buddha\u2019s monastery, was requested by his mother to reproduce the Buddha\u2019s words for her benefit. In compliance, he delivered a discourse in the community hall for Dhamma lectures at the Town Square. As he was starting his discourse from the raised platform, with his mother as the chief listener, K\u01cetiy\u01ceni the householder, in the company of her friend K\u01ce\u00c4\u012b, arrived and was reverentially listening to the discourse among the audience.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>At that time a band of five hundred robbers who had dug a tunnel from the outskirts of the town to the house of K\u01cetiy\u01ceni according to their secret markings made in the day, had reached the house. Their leader did not join them but was making personal inquiries into the activities of the townsfolk. He stood behind K\u01cetiy\u01ceni in the assembly where the Venerable So\u00d3a Kutika\u00d3\u00d3a was preaching a discourse on the Dhamma.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>K\u01cetiy\u01ceni said to her female assistance: \u201aGo, girl, get some oil from my house for the lamps. Let us light up the lamps at this meeting hall. (According to the Sinhalese version:<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u201aWe shall share the merit of our friend K\u01cel\u012b in this way.\u201b) The servant went to the house but on noticing the robbers who were lurking in the tunnel, she was scared and returned to the assembly hall without bringing the oil. She reported the matter to her mistress, saying:<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u201aMadam, there is a tunnel dug in our compound by robbers!\u201b The robber chief heard the girl\u2019s urgent report to K\u01cetiy\u01ceni and thought to himself: \u201aIf K\u01cetiy\u01ceni were to go home in response to her maid\u2019s report, I will cut her head immediately. If, on the other hand, she were to keep on listening to the discourse with attention, I will return her all the property which my men would have looted from her house.\u201b<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>K\u01cetiy\u01ceni said to her maid (in whispers): \u201aHush! The robbers will take only what they find in the house. I am listening to the Dhamma which is hard to be heard. Don\u2019t disturb and<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>spoil it!\u201b When the robber chief heard K\u01cetiy\u01ceni\u2019s words he pondered: \u201aWhat a devout lady she is! If I were to take the property looted from the house of such a meritorious lady, we would be devoured alive by the great earth.\u201b He hurried to K\u01cetiy\u01ceni\u2019s residence, ordered his followers to return everything they had looted and went back with them to the assembly hall to listen to the discourse, taking their seats at the end of the audience.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>K\u01cetiy\u01ceni was established in the fruition of Stream-Entry at the end of the discourse by the Venerable So\u00d3a Kutika\u00d3\u00d3a. When dawn came, the robber chief went to K\u01cetiy\u01ceni and prostrating at her feet, said: \u201aDear Madame, kindly forgive us for our fault.\u201b K\u01cetiy\u01ceni asked: \u201aWhat wrong have you done to me?\u201b The robber chief admitted all their plot to her.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u201aI forgive you all,\u201b she said.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u201aMadam, your forgiveness does not exonerate us yet. As a matter of fact, we would request that your son, the Venerable So\u00d3a Kutika\u00d3\u00d3a, admit all the five hundred of us into the Order as novices.\u201b K\u01cetiy\u01ceni took the gang to the Venerable So\u00d3a Kutika\u00d3\u00d3a, and herself bore all the responsibilities regarding the four requisites for them. They were admitted into the order as novices by the Venerable So\u00d3a Kutika\u00d3\u00d3a. They strove to gain the Path- Knowledge and ultimately became <em>arahats<\/em>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><a><\/a>This is the story of K\u01cetiy\u01ceni the householder whose conviction in the Triple Gem was unshakable.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\n<h3>(c)&nbsp;&nbsp; K\u01cetiy\u01ceni as The foremost female Lay Disciple<\/h3>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>On a later occasion, during the Buddha\u2019s residence at the Jetavana monastery, when He was naming distinguished female lay disciples according to their respective merits, He declared:<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u201a<em>Bhikkhus<\/em>, among My female lay disciples who have unshakable conviction in the Teaching, K\u01cetiy\u01ceni is the foremost.\u201b<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:list {\"ordered\":true,\"start\":8} -->\n<ol start=\"8\"><li>K\u0152TIY\u0152NI<br>(a) Kh\u00e1t v\u1ecdng trong qu\u00e1 kh\u1ee9 c\u1ee7a c\u00f4 \u1ea5y<br>K\u01cetiy\u01ceni t\u01b0\u01a1ng lai sinh ra trong m\u1ed9t gia \u0111\u00ecnh gi\u00e0u c\u00f3 \u1edf th\u00e0nh ph\u1ed1 Ha\u00d1s\u01cevat\u012b, v\u00e0o th\u1eddi \u0110\u1ee9c Ph\u1eadt Padumuttara. C\u00f4 nh\u00ecn th\u1ea5y m\u1ed9t n\u1eef \u0111\u1ec7 t\u1eed c\u01b0 s\u0129 n\u00e0o \u0111\u00f3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c m\u1ec7nh danh l\u00e0 b\u1eadc nh\u1ea5t v\u1edbi ni\u1ec1m tin t\u01b0\u1edfng kh\u00f4ng th\u1ec3 lay chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi Gi\u00e1o l\u00fd. C\u00f4 m\u00f4 ph\u1ecfng n\u1eef \u0111\u1ec7 t\u1eed c\u01b0 s\u0129 \u0111\u00f3. Sau khi c\u00fang d\u01b0\u1eddng phi th\u01b0\u1eddng, c\u00f4 mong mu\u1ed1n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u00f4ng nh\u1eadn \u0111\u00f3 tr\u01b0\u1edbc m\u1eb7t \u0110\u1ee9c Ph\u1eadt, ng\u01b0\u1eddi \u0111\u00e3 ti\u00ean \u0111o\u00e1n r\u1eb1ng nguy\u1ec7n v\u1ecdng c\u1ee7a c\u00f4 s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n trong t\u01b0\u01a1ng lai c\u1ee7a c\u00f4.<br>(b) S\u1ef1 t\u1ed3n t\u1ea1i cu\u1ed1i c\u00f9ng c\u1ee7a c\u00f4 \u1ea5y v\u1edbi t\u01b0 c\u00e1ch l\u00e0 K\u01cetiy\u01ceni Ng\u01b0\u1eddi qu\u1ea3n gia<br>K\u01cetiy\u01ceni trong t\u01b0\u01a1ng lai, trong m\u1ed9t tr\u0103m ngh\u00ecn chu k\u1ef3 th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi, t\u00e1i sinh trong c\u00f5i deva ho\u1eb7c c\u00f5i ng\u01b0\u1eddi, tr\u01b0\u1edbc khi t\u00e1i sinh v\u00e0o gia \u0111\u00ecnh c\u1ee7a m\u1ed9t ch\u1ee7 h\u1ed9 \u1edf th\u1ecb tr\u1ea5n Kuraraghara, v\u00e0o th\u1eddi \u0110\u1ee9c Ph\u1eadt Gotama. C\u00f4 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c cha m\u1eb9 \u0111\u1eb7t t\u00ean l\u00e0 K\u01cetiy\u01ceni. Khi \u0111\u1ebfn tu\u1ed5i, b\u00e0 tr\u1edf th\u00e0nh b\u1ea1n th\u00e2n c\u1ee7a K\u01cel\u012b, v\u1ee3 c\u1ee7a ch\u1ee7 gia \u0111\u00ecnh, m\u1eb9 c\u1ee7a H\u00f2a th\u01b0\u1ee3ng So\u00d3a Kutika\u00d3\u00d3a (tham kh\u1ea3o Ch\u01b0\u01a1ng 43: So\u00d3a Kutika\u00d3\u00d3a Mah\u01cethera).<br>Ni\u1ec1m tin Kh\u00f4ng th\u1ec3 lay chuy\u1ec3n c\u1ee7a K\u01cetiy\u01ceni<br>V\u00e0o m\u1ed9t d\u1ecbp n\u1ecd, T\u00f4n gi\u1ea3 So\u00d3a Kutika\u00d3\u00d3a, khi tr\u1edf v\u1ec1 t\u1eeb tu vi\u1ec7n c\u1ee7a \u0110\u1ee9c Ph\u1eadt, \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c m\u1eb9 c\u1ee7a \u00f4ng y\u00eau c\u1ea7u sao ch\u00e9p l\u1ea1i nh\u1eefng l\u1eddi c\u1ee7a \u0110\u1ee9c Ph\u1eadt v\u00ec l\u1ee3i \u00edch c\u1ee7a b\u00e0. \u0110\u1ec3 tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7, \u00f4ng \u0111\u00e3 c\u00f3 m\u1ed9t b\u00e0i di\u1ec5n thuy\u1ebft trong h\u1ed9i tr\u01b0\u1eddng c\u1ed9ng \u0111\u1ed3ng cho c\u00e1c b\u00e0i gi\u1ea3ng Ph\u00e1p t\u1ea1i Qu\u1ea3ng tr\u01b0\u1eddng Th\u1ecb tr\u1ea5n. Khi anh \u1ea5y \u0111ang b\u1eaft \u0111\u1ea7u b\u00e0i di\u1ec5n thuy\u1ebft c\u1ee7a m\u00ecnh t\u1eeb b\u1ee5c n\u00e2ng cao, v\u1edbi m\u1eb9 anh \u1ea5y l\u00e0 ng\u01b0\u1eddi nghe ch\u00ednh, K\u01cetiy\u01ceni ch\u1ee7 h\u1ed9, c\u00f9ng v\u1edbi b\u1ea1n c\u1ee7a c\u00f4 \u1ea5y l\u00e0 K\u01ce\u00c4\u012b, \u0111\u1ebfn v\u00e0 \u0111ang l\u1eafng nghe b\u00e0i di\u1ec5n thuy\u1ebft gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c c\u1eed t\u1ecda m\u1ed9t c\u00e1ch th\u00e0nh k\u00ednh.<br>L\u00fac \u0111\u00f3, m\u1ed9t to\u00e1n c\u01b0\u1edbp n\u0103m tr\u0103m t\u00ean \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u00e0o m\u1ed9t \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ea7m t\u1eeb ngo\u1ea1i \u00f4 th\u1ecb tr\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ebfn nh\u00e0 c\u1ee7a K\u01cetiy\u01ceni theo d\u1ea5u hi\u1ec7u b\u00ed m\u1eadt c\u1ee7a ch\u00fang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n trong ng\u00e0y, \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u1ebfn \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ng\u00f4i nh\u00e0. Ng\u01b0\u1eddi l\u00e3nh \u0111\u1ea1o c\u1ee7a h\u1ecd kh\u00f4ng tham gia c\u00f9ng h\u1ecd nh\u01b0ng \u0111ang h\u1ecfi han c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n v\u1ec1 c\u00e1c ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi d\u00e2n trong th\u1ecb tr\u1ea5n. Anh ta \u0111\u1ee9ng sau K\u01cetiy\u01ceni trong h\u1ed9i ch\u00fang n\u01a1i H\u00f2a th\u01b0\u1ee3ng So\u00d3a Kutika\u00d3\u00d3a \u0111ang thuy\u1ebft gi\u1ea3ng v\u1ec1 Gi\u00e1o ph\u00e1p.<br>K\u01cetiy\u01ceni n\u00f3i v\u1edbi tr\u1ee3 l\u00fd n\u1eef c\u1ee7a m\u00ecnh: \u201a\u0110i \u0111i c\u00f4 g\u00e1i, l\u1ea5y d\u1ea7u t\u1eeb nh\u00e0 t\u00f4i \u0111\u1ec3 th\u1eafp \u0111\u00e8n. H\u00e3y \u0111\u1ec3 ch\u00fang t\u00f4i th\u1eafp s\u00e1ng nh\u1eefng ng\u1ecdn \u0111\u00e8n t\u1ea1i h\u1ed9i tr\u01b0\u1eddng n\u00e0y.
